Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours after the payment is cleared, but may delay during holidays and weekends. Please check your delivery address and make sure they are correct before payment. PO BOX address is not recommended for high value items, and please leave us your phone number for delivery. Please make sure that somebody is at home during delivery date
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer period of time. Please use the tracking number to track your package, once it has been uploaded to topto.com.au.
Orders are dispatched by Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please. In general, specifying a carrier is not available. If you have any concern about your delivery, please contact the courier with provided tracking number. And of course, we would be happy to support you for delivery problems.
