Shipping Policy
Welcome to Topto.com.au Shipping Policy. We offer free shipping to selected postcodes up to the weight limit shown for each group below. Not every order or postcode qualifies check the list to see whether yours is included. For orders outside those areas, or that exceed the free weight limit, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your cart weight and delivery address.
Shipping Options
Two delivery services are available for Australian addresses. Express availability depends on your postcode and will show at checkout if it is offered for your address.
How shipping works
Three things determine your shipping cost.
- Total order weight. Cart weight is the main factor. Lighter orders more often qualify for free shipping.
- Your delivery postcode. Only certain postcodes qualify for free shipping, these are listed below. Postcodes not on the list, or orders that exceed the free weight limit, are charged the standard rate.
- The service you choose. Standard eParcel is 2–6 business days; Express eParcel is 1–2 business days. Free shipping applies to Standard eParcel only; Express is charged at the rate shown at checkout.
If your address isn't in a free shipping area, or your order is unusually heavy or bulky, contact us to confirm the shipping cost and details.

Order processing and dispatch
Orders will be shipped out within one business day after the payment is cleared, but may delay during holidays and weekends.

Delivery information
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 2 and 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer period of time.
